Future World Government Will Be Totalitarian
Throughout history, there have always been people who saw it as their destiny to subjugate the entire world to their power. Names like Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar and Napoleon come to mind. Although they ruled large territories for a time, they could not dominate the whole world, in part because there were many peoples they did not yet know.
Characteristic of the entire 20th century was the attempt to establish a world government in the form of a federation of all nations. Cecil Rhodes was inspired by this vision of Anglo-Saxon world domination. Stalin was similarly obsessed. An immensely wealthy family saw itself as predestined to bring about a new world order. John D. Rockefeller Sr. and his son set in motion a development that, as far as can be foreseen, could lead to world government in the future. It is easy to see from the relevant historical sources how they intended to establish world domination. One of the most important questions the Rockefellers asked themselves was what form of government would be best suited to exercise virtually unlimited power. The unvarnished answer to this question was given by the Rockefellers' personal attorney and temporary chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation, John Foster Dulles. In fact, he was directly related to the Rockefeller family through his wife, Janet Avery. From 1953 to 1959, Dulles also served as US Secretary of State under President Dwight Eisenhower.
Behind the name John Foster Dulles, however, there is also a person who, as an influential member of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. in the first half of the 20th century – his father was a professor at the renowned Auburn Theological Seminary of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. – exerted great influence on established churches around the world. His efforts ultimately led to the founding of the World Council of Churches in 1948.
Knowing Dulles' answer to the question of what he considered to be the best form of government for a world federation, it is all too understandable that the Rockefellers supported the "missionary" services of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. in China with immense sums of money in order to spread communism there.
Dan. 7:23-27: 23 “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it. 24 As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. […] 26 But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever. 27 Then the sovereignty, the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.’

Excerpt from my book World Federation: The Ecumenical Agenda:
As difficult as it is for us to understand today, Dulles predicted that the social structure of a just world society would be modeled on that of totalitarian countries such as the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. In the same article that contained his proposal for the abolition of independent nation-states, written in preparation for the 1937 Oxford Ecumenical Conference, he discussed the merits of communism and fascism and the ideal social policy for the future world state:
Today we have before us the spectacle of Communism and Fascism changing almost overnight the characteristics of whole peoples. Millions of individuals have become different and, on the whole, better people. Elementary virtues are once again being treated as important issues. Immorality and dishonesty, personal vanity and prejudice are replaced by courage, self-sacrifice and discipline. There is a conscious subordination of the self to the promotion of a higher purpose.
John Foster Dulles believed that communism and fascism were inspiring spectacles from which American Christians could learn an important lesson in successful social engineering. In War, Peace and Change (1939), by far his most important literary work, he elaborated on this thesis, prompting Albert N. Keim to make the following comment:
Dulles regarded fascism and communism as outstanding contemporary examples of a skillful combination of the ethical and the political approach [to the creation of a world federation]. In his view, there was an "inherent connection" between the ethical and political solutions in any feasible form of state.
